Webinar “Suicide Prevention Toolkit for Schools”
The webinar will aim to improve school staff’s understanding of suicide among children and young people, including identifying risk factors and protective factors using case studies. The webinar will aim to improve staff confidence in what to do if a student is feeling suicidal and the steps to take. The webinar will also touch upon suicide bereavement as well as self-care for teachers and staff. Finally, the webinar will offer plenty of resources, tips and signposting for staff and students to use should they need extra support.
