About the host

The webinar is led by Joanna Bieszczad, a CBT and EMDR therapist with over 15 years’ experience helping people overcome anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and self-doubt.

She holds four degrees in psychology and psychotherapy and combines clinical expertise with practical, real-world approaches that people can actually use.

At the end of the session, I’ll briefly share information about my online self-esteem course for anyone who would like more structured and in-depth support. There is no obligation to purchase anything, and you’re very welcome to attend purely for the free training.
