Wild Walk
Come explore what wildlife exists at Shirley Chisholm State Park with the park educators!
Join the Education Team for a hike in the park! While we hike we’ll pay special attention to the plant and animal life thriving here at SCSP.
This program is free! All ages are welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
We will meet at the Hendrix Creek Patio (near the end of the Pennsylvania Ave parking lot). Please wear comfortable shoes for gravel trails, and bring water!
Hikes will be roughly 1-3 miles, on gravel trails. Please reach out if you have questions about accessibility or hike intensity.
We ask that all participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to current NYS COVID-19 guidelines.
