Summary: Join Dextall in collaboration with New York Passive House for an exclusive tour of The Heritage on Madison Avenue. Discover how this fully occupied building, erected in 1975 under the Mitchell-Lama program, is being transformed into a carbon-neutral space through the innovative use of Dextall’s unitized prefab walls along with numerous other building upgrades. This tour is designed for architects, envelope consultants, and other sustainability-minded stakeholders who are eager to explore cutting-edge solutions for creating sustainable buildings.
