Union Square, Broadway, and SoHo Historic Walking Tour
Note: This tour meets at the George Washington Statue, near the southern end of Union Square!
This tour is a New York City trifecta! First, learn about the making of New York City’s most notable and celebrated public squares. Then, take a stroll down New York’s most famous street—learn about its origins as a Lenape trail, and how it eventually became the main artery of the most populous city in the United States. Finally, we walk through scenic SoHo, exploring both the neighborhood’s recent history as well as some sordid tales from centuries past.
