Walk-In Building Tours and Touch Tank
Join us for a FREE 30-45 minute walk-in tour with one of our educators. No RSVP is required, however, if you would like to RSVP as a courtesy, tickets are available.
You may also request a FREE 15-minute touch tank experience. Our educator will introduce you to hermit crabs and snails, some of which you might recognize from around Long Island!
The Jones Beach Energy & Nature Center explores the relationships between human beings, energy systems, and environmental stewardship. We are located on the West End of Long Island’s iconic Jones Beach State Park.
Admission to the Center is free, however, Jones Beach State Park does charge parking fees at certain times throughout the year.
If you are unable to join for a guided building tour, bring along headphones during your visit and follow one of our free Audio and ASL Tours, available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Audio Description, and ASL.
