We are celebrating 250 years since the founding of the United States by exploring one of our local history sites. This tour will meet at The New Amsterdam Library. Attendees will have the opportunity to pick up our special edition US 250 library card along with a suggested reading list of titles related to the monument. We will then walk over as a group to the African Burial Ground National Monument, located four blocks north of the library at 290 Broadway. After the tour, we will return to the library.
