Celebrate Pride Month with a relaxing and scenic walk on the Fountain trails!

Celebrate Pride month at Shirley Chisholm State Park with a free exclusive guided hike after the park closes its gates. Join the park educators for a hike on the trails and watch the sunset from the highest point in Jamaica Bay! Learn about the animals in the park and experience the changes that happen from day to night.

Binoculars and flashlights will be available to borrow, but feel free to bring your own!

The hike will be approximately 2 miles long on gravel trails. Please wear shoes you are comfortable walking in and bring water!

Registration is REQUIRED for this event, since it takes place after park operating hours.

This program is held after park hours on the Fountain Ave Side of the park. You cannot enter the park on the Pennsylvania Avenue side.

Registered participants will receive a reminder email requiring a response to confirm their participation. Tickets will be forfeited if we do not receive a response by noon on the day of the program.
