Triple Monolog expands upon Amy Ruhl’s solo piece in performance ensemble Flowers in the Basement’s engagement at Participant Inc. in January 2024. Alternating different voices that channel 1970s Firestone, a contemporary essayist and stand-up comedian, Ruhl will perform the slippage between utopian longing and “cracking up.” She will be joined by collaborators Kite and Mel Elberg, who will each perform their pieces, as well as Chad Laird, Robbie Wing, and Nathan Young.

Attending the performance is free; limited seating is available.
