Turkey Day, an SLCTheatre Reading
By Maegan Murphy, Directed by Julia VanTrees Cowitt
Turkey Day explores the life of Camille Cunningham. Most recently the aftermath of her car accident and how it relates to her best friend’s father, Rich Moor. The play takes place on Thanksgiving and examines the family and friend dynamics that come up on such major holidays. Camille also has a secret that she’s been struggling with for some time. As the evening goes on, it becomes harder and harder for her to keep it.
Following the performance will be a talkback led by Lauren Reinhard.
