Semonti is a lifestyle brand by Bangladeshi-American Semonti Wahed. Her artistic abode, Semonti is a platform to create unique pieces to honor our collective journeys and signify solidarity across communities. The inaugural capsule collection “Inheritance” includes three saree designs, each a dedication to Semonti’s roots on digitally printed cotton. “A story of my birth where the canvas is the country of my birth, Bangladesh.” The collection will be exhibited and on sale at the event.

Srijonology is a multilingual interdisciplinary arts collective envisioned and cultivated by interdisciplinary artist Semonti Wahed. Through the artistic integration and collaboration of independent artists and individual art forms, the collective nurtures a desire to create stimulating multidisciplinary art pieces that aspire to inspire our thoughts, expressions, and actions. “Fragile Like a Bomb,” presented at the event will be Srijonology’s first live performance art piece.
