Free Fitness Bootcamp
In strength and conditioning class, Participants can come and get a glimpse into diversity hit training where you are guaranteed to burn a minimum of 1,000 calories.
The Class consists of jumping, sweating, routine is featured of aerobics and fitness and fitness interval training.
All fitness levels are welcome and no equipment is required to get ready to turn up.
