Chelsea Piers Fitness x Pacific Park AMP’d Class

This high-intensity interval training class will challenge your body and boost your energy with a mix of bodyweight strength and cardio exercises.

All levels are welcome to join. Please bring your own mat or towel, as those will not be provided, and be prepared with water, sunblock, and anything you need to remain comfortable in the sun.

Classes are weather-dependent. You will receive an email at least 2 hours prior in case of cancellation due to inclement weather.

Medical disclaimer

I represent that I am in good health and that I have no condition, illness, or communicable disease that may make my participation in a class, event or experience with Chelsea Piers Fitness (together with its owner, CPFC OpCo LLC, Chelsea Piers L.P., Chelsea Pier Management, Inc., is referred to herein as “Chelsea Piers Fitness”) dangerous to me or to others. I promise to indemnify and hold Chelsea Piers Fitness harmless from all liability, loss, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and disbursements) which Chelsea Piers Fitness or any third party may sustain before, during or after an event with Chelsea Piers Fitness, which is caused in any way by my condition, illness, or disease. I have consulted with my physician and have received approval for my intended participation in this class, event or experience with Chelsea Piers Fitness.

Assumption of Risk

I am aware that participation in this class, event, or experience with Chelsea Piers Fitness poses certain risks of injury, and I expressly assume the risk and responsibility for any accidents or injuries of any kind, which I may sustain by reason of my physical exercise with Chelsea Piers Fitness. I hereby release, discharge, and absolve Chelsea Piers Fitness, its agents, officers, and employees from any liability, loss, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and disbursements) incurred by me as a result of any such accident and/or injury unless it is caused by or results from the willful misconduct or gross negligence of Chelsea Piers Fitness, it agents, officers and employees.

Indemnity

I promise to indemnify and hold Chelsea Piers Fitness harmless from any liability, loss, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and disbursements), which Chelsea Piers Fitness may sustain as result of any accident, injury, or other loss to any third party caused in any way by my willful misconduct or negligent participation in this class, event or experience with Chelsea Piers Fitness.
