Wellness Wednesday is a weekly event that promotes wellness in every aspect of life. It is organized by the East Orange Family Success Center, a community organization that provides resources and support to families in East Orange, NJ. Wellness Wednesday sessions can be attended in person or online via Facebook Live.

The Wellness Wednesday session on January 24, 2024, will focus on mental health. The session will feature a guest speaker from Wynona’s House Child Advocacy Center, a non-profit organization that helps children and families affected by abuse and violence. The speaker will share tips and strategies on how to cope with stress, trauma, and anxiety, and how to seek help when needed. The session will also include a Q&A session and a mindfulness activity.
