Our Physical Therapist, Caroline Fitzpatrick will teach you essential stretching techniques to improve your performance on the slopes and prevent injuries.

In this class, you’ll learn a variety of stretching exercises specifically tailored for skiers and snowboarders. Caroline will guide you through each exercise and provide helpful tips to maximize your flexibility and strength.
