Free Beginner Yoga 7 Day Group Challenge
While we are mostly still couped up at home, we wanted to pose a little ’group challenge’ to keep you active and also learn more about yoga for both men and women.
Once we get back to more offline events, we will have more yoga and health-related classes, so this is a great start!
