Get ready for an exciting run with Brooks and Power Bar on Tuesday, July 25th!
Meet us on our Lower Level at 6:30 pm to for shoe demos and a pre-run warm-up stretch. We’ll then embark on our run to the West Side and back, covering approximately 4 miles. After the run, join us on our Lower Level for food, drinks, and prizes! Bag Check is available. Subscribe to our newsletter for more information.

Option 1: Tempo/Fartlek/Speed workout with Coach Brian.
1-mile warm up to the West Side Highway
16и90 seconds at HM Pace, 60 seconds off.
Cooldown back to Paragon
Option 2: Easy 4-mile conversational run.
1-mile warmup to West Side Highway
2 easy paced miles on the West Side Highway Running Path
1-mile cooldown back to the store
Bag check will be available. Bring your own water. After the run stick around for beer on tap in our new lounge, plus raffles and food.
