Yoga Under the 59th Street Bridge
Join our once-in-a-lifetime yoga class under the 59th street bridge!
This is a special event between IronStrength and the East River Esplanade Friends. Class is a yoga class set to silent headphones UNDER the 59th street bridge in the spectacular Green Grass at Andrew Haswell Park and will be taught by the amazing Holly Corey.
Holly Corey is a Yoga teacher based in New York City. Born and raised in NYC, she spent her early years as a competitive gymnast and an avid athlete as an adult. Holly knows the importance of functional movements. Her classes specialize in core stability, balance, and flexibility within a creative vinyasa flow framework. She believes a healthy body is a happy body. She combines her enthusiasm and love of yoga and fitness with knowledge of alignment and body mechanics. Her approach is an athletic style of yoga and cross-training, always focusing on keeping it fun, challenging, creative, and safe. Music is her soul, sequencing her passion. Her goal is to help you along the way and provide positive support and encouragement to attain your goals on and off the mat.
Holly is an NYC-based Yoga instructor at Pure Yoga, Equinox, and Bode, and in the summer, you can flow with her out east at Hamptons Hot Yoga.
Class is space limited and RSVP is required to attend! Please only register if you’re able to attend.
