The Autism Acceptance Run/Walk

Join Mile Style as we celebrate and accept the Autism Community with a 5k run/2 mile walk fundraiser taking place at the beautiful Van Cortlandt Park!

Several Mile Style team members are personally affected by Autism, and so it’s only right that Mile Style does what it does best! Combine the sport of running with the causes that connect directly to our hearts, our minds, and our souls.

We will be accepting donations via a QR code which will be directed to Autism Speaks, the nation’s leading Autism Advocacy and Support organization. We’ll have some folks from the team speak on their lives with Autism, and what Autism means to them. Our goal with this run is to educate our attendees on what Autism is, how we can erase the stigma associated with Autism, and donate to Autism advocacy and research.

And of course, we want to have a great time! Expect some free swag, delicious treats from our friends at Lloyd’s Carrot Cake, and memories to last a lifetime!

Time: 9:00 AM EDT
