barre3 Long Island City — Open House
Join us on Saturday, January 7th at barre3 Long Island City for an Open House! We’re an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. All classes are FREE this day so it’s the perfect time to join us! We’ll be holding 4 classes: 8:30 am, 9:45 am, 11 am, and 12:30 pm. We’ll also be providing coffee/tea, a post-class snack and a giveaway to all participants!
