You must fill out this form here before the class and follow all COVID-19 protocols in order to attend the class.

The bodyART method is a physical therapy-based approach to movement training or PTBT. Our objectives are injury prevention, pain reduction, and sustainability for your knees, hips, shoulders, ankles, elbows, and spine. You will leave class sweaty, energized, and feeling amazing! Also great for people looking to improve their cardiovascular stamina, strength, flexibility, mental focus, and concentration in a holistic and non-abusive environment.
*If there is rain in the forecast, the class will be held indoors. Please meet at IC Athletic Club (237 36th Street) for further instruction.
*Please show the Eventbrite confirmation with signed liability forms to the instructor and sign in on the sheet. No walk-ins.
*Please bring your own mats, towels, water, and appropriate shoes/clothing.
