In The Mother’s Peace Plan, you’ll discover practical, faith-based tools to manage your mental health, find peace in the chaos, and reclaim the joy of motherhood. This empowering session will help you:

Identify the root causes of perinatal anxiety and depression.

Learn simple strategies to manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
