Fleet Feet NYC Nutrition Workshop: Marathon Edition with Nourished Routes
When marathon training, it’s easy to get lost in the miles, hills, and speed workouts and forget to fine-tune how we’re fueling our bodies until race morning.
On Thursday, September 19th, join registered dietician, nutritionist, and metabolism expert Allison Tallman of Nourished Routes at Fleet Feet Upper West Side for a run and intimate special edition workshop on marathon nutrition. Spots for this workshop are limited, so RSVP now!
After meeting to check in at Fleet Feet Upper West Side at 6:30 PM, we’ll start with a quick two-mile run in sunny Central Park. Following the run, we’ll return to the store to pull up a bench to chat with Nourished Routes about how to fuel yourselves around your training. Limited themed snacks will be available, and there will be an exclusive discount on nutrition prices at Fleet Feet Upper West Side.
