Tea Workshop (1 with self-harvested herbs, 2 with bought herbs)
Step into the world of aromatic herbs at our summer Love tea bag-making workshop. Immerse yourself in the art of crafting delightful tea bags, each infused with a unique
blend of dried herbs chosen for their incredible benefits. Discover herbal remedies as we explore the therapeutic properties of different herbs. During this workshop, you will create distinctive tea bags with a medley of herbs catering to various wellness
needs. You will take home your tea bags in a muslin bag that you can decorate with lovely stamps.

Fire Cider

Fire Cider is a wonderful, effective helper to support our immune system. Although sometimes associated with the colder months, it can be prepared and enjoyed year-round. Fire cider is made with apple cider vinegar as a base. The added ingredients that make it beneficial and fiery are variable, but often include garlic, horseradish, onion, ginger, chili peppers, and citrus peel. There is no “wrong” recipe — it’s up to us what we want to put into our fire cider, and we can all develop our favorite mixture.

Herbal Sugar Scrub

Adding an herbal sugar scrub to your self-care routine is a relaxing way to end a busy day of gardening or any work with your hands. This sugar scrub is also wonderful for sloughing off the dead skin cells from our feet, elbows, and knees. Brown sugar and cane sugar are gentle on all parts of the body, face, hands, or feet. Mixed with Jojoba oil and an uplifting fragrance, the scrub becomes an easy-to-make yet luxurious treat. Your skin will thank you!
