Gender-Free Norwegian Folk Dance Workshop
A gender-free Norwegian folk dance workshop for total beginners, focusing on dances from Telemark! Telemark dances are some of the world’s most beautiful couple dances, and feature groovy, hypnotic music, improvisation, and lots of spinning!
We’ll have live music from super fiddlers, expert dance instruction, and good vibes all around.
Each workshop will cover different material- so feel free to attend any or all of the workshops!
Wear sturdy socks for dancing in, or be ready to dance barefoot! Masks are optional, but welcome.
