Childbirth Education 3-Class Series
During our 3-week series, we will cover the physical and emotional signs of labor, so you can recognize when it’s time to head to the hospital. We will also show you coping techniques to help you manage any pain or discomfort during labor. Our program includes information on pain medication options, labor induction, and self-care planning for the immediate days and weeks after giving birth. By enrolling in our labor education program, you will feel more confident and empowered as you approach your due date.
