Monique Hector is an accomplished Executive Director with over 10 years of experience in economic and workforce development. As an action-oriented leader, she has successfully established impactful programs that empower socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. Monique also conducts business education workshops, supporting entrepreneurs from startup to operation. Her visionary leadership continues to drive positive change in Harlem and beyond.
