Exhibiting artist and yoga instructor Jeanne Brasile will guide participants in a conversation about Self-Reflection/Rehash: Practicing Uncertainty and its themes of empathy, compassion, and understanding through the lens of her artwork and that of the other participating artists.

The conversation will be followed by gentle seated movements and breathwork to promote relaxation, followed by a guided meditation to enhance the exhibit’s themes. Participants will have time to ask questions, share their experiences and observations, and gently reintegrate afterward.
