Virtual Self Care Workshop
A virtual self-care workshop is a night dedicated to you for all the hard work you do. Take time to unwind, learn coping skills, and do art!
Join us on Friday, May 6th, 2022, at 6:00 pm for a self-care workshop! We will have an open conversation about self-care activities and coping strategies, especially during COVID-19. To conclude our self-care workshop, we will be hosting and completing an art-based activity with our participants.
