Workshop “Circle of Security Parenting Model: Your Child’s Feelings”
The FYPS Brooklyn Alliance is working in collaboration with the Brooklyn Public Library on a great project providing free parenting workshops. In this workshop, parents will develop ways to help their children identify their feelings to establish healthy coping mechanisms. All workshops are facilitated by a Family Peer Advocate who is certified by the Circle of Security Parenting Program. Circle of Security Parenting Courses run for 8 weeks. After completion, a certificate will be given and is qualifiable for most court-mandated parenting courses.
