Workshop “Redefining Success & Aligning with Your Authentic Self”

If you are craving more joy, engagement, or fulfillment in your working life, knowing your own personal definition of success and setting goals in line with it will dramatically shift not only what happens in your life externally, but also (and perhaps, more importantly) how you experience your life internally.

In this workshop, Ariel and Tasha will guide you in bringing a more aligned and fulfilling vision of your working experience to life. Through interactive exercises, you will begin to:

  • Recognize messages about success that you may have subconsciously adopted from others
  • Investigate definitions of success you want to keep and definitions you want to let go of, considering both extrinsic and intrinsic measures
  • Create a new meaningfully-defined vision of success with associated action steps

Prepare to walk away feeling more peaceful in, empowered by, and aligned with your personal pursuit of success in work and life.
