Week 3, Tuesday 9/16: Boundaries—Learn about healthy boundaries, and how these can free you from hurtful behavior and allow you to find and build healthy relationships.

Week 4, Tuesday 9/23: Autonomy—Learn about the concept of personal autonomy, which spans theology, philosophy, law, and ethics.

Week 5, Tuesday 9/30: The Wisdom of the Body—Learn how the body warns you when something isn’t right, and how it can be a crucial ally.

Week 6, Tuesday 10/7: Invalidating Environments in Biosocial Theory—Learn why certain conditions and relationship styles can destroy mental health, agency, and personal autonomy.

Week 7, Tuesday, 10/14: True Will—Learn the philosophy and theology of co-creating with the Divine.

Week 8, Tuesday, 10/21: Preparing for the Ritual—Prepare to perform the ritual that will break unwanted bonds and liberate you.

Week 9, Tuesday 10/28: The Ritual—Witness and be witnessed as we conduct our liberation rituals together.

Week 10, Tuesday 11/4: The Cycles of Creation—A week after initiating massive change in your life, give and receive support and wisdom from your colleagues in transformation.
