Hosted by Greenlight bookseller Micah, the Young Adult Book Group is a space for the curious young reader interested in a curated, intentionally diverse and broad selection of books. While literature is at the core of this book group, cultivating our community and connections is also at the root of YABG, so if this sounds like a good time to you, come join the fun! Young Adult Book Group is geared toward readers ages 13+; parents are welcome (but not required) to attend.

For October, the group discusses Monstrous — a pulse-pounding novel by Jessica Lewis (author of Bad Witch Burning) — for a perfect spooky October moment. Forced to spend her summer in her aunt’s strange small town, a teen girl is given only three rules: don’t go outside past dark; come straight home after church; and above all — never, ever, go into Red Wood...
