Book Club at Heritage Farm & Garden

On Wednesday, February 8, 2024, Heritage Farm & Garden, a family-owned and operated garden center in Muttontown, NY, will host its monthly book club meeting. The book club is open to anyone who loves reading and discussing books, especially those related to gardening, nature, and history. The book club will take place at the farm’s cozy and charming farmhouse and will be free and open to the public.

The book club will feature a discussion of the book The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh, a bestselling novel that tells the story of Victoria Jones, a young woman who uses the Victorian language of flowers to communicate her emotions and connect with others. The book is a captivating and moving tale of love, redemption, and the power of flowers. The book club will also include a floral arrangement workshop, where the attendees will learn how to create their bouquets using the meanings and symbolism of different flowers.

The book club will be an enjoyable and educational event that will appeal to book lovers and garden enthusiasts alike. The book club will also be a great opportunity to meet new friends, share opinions, and discover new books. The book club will start at 1:00 pm and last for about an hour and a half. Snacks and beverages will be provided by the farm.
