About the Author: Greg Baxtrom is the highly acclaimed chef-owner of New York’s Patti Ann’s, Olmsted, and 5 Acres. He has worked in some of the most exciting kitchens, including Alinea, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and Per Se. He even got his love for cooking from cooking Boy Scouts beef stew!
The Union Square Greenmarket Book Signings are produced in collaboration with Kitchen Arts & Letters, a New York City bookstore specializing in food and drink. Located on the Upper East Side, they sell cookbooks and a wide range of food history, scholarship, and food writing.
Attendance at this event is free and open to the public; registration is encouraged but not required.
