FPA/OTR Elizabeth French Hitchcock Lecture 2023
This year’s Hitchcock Lecture will be delivered by Professor Karen C. Seto, Hixon Professor of Geography and Urbanization at the Yale School of the Environment. Professor Seto was the Coordinating Lead Author and co-led the chapter on how cities can mitigate climate change for two UN climate reports, one in 2014 and the other in 2022.
