Founded in 2012, ProWoman has been working to advance women into powerful senior positions in different industries. The organization offers unique programs for outstanding and ambitious female students in 19 of Israel’s leading academic institutions and one international branch in New York City. The participants of the program meet with women in senior positions in business, technology, government, and the nonprofit sector, who provide them with models of inspiration and a forum for discussions about self-realization, career development, and finding the right balance along with a personal life. In addition, we are creating a community of Israeli women who have relocated to New York City in order to pursue their careers.
