Allen Bauer, a lonely businessman, is rescued by a mysterious woman after falling overboard during a boating trip. The woman, named Madison, is actually a mermaid who takes human form to pursue a romance with Allen. As their love blossoms, Madison’s secret threatens to unravel when a suspicious scientist discovers her true identity and seeks to expose her.
