Directed by Karen Moncrieff, “Blue Car” is a poignant coming-of-age drama that follows Meg (Agnes Bruckner), a troubled teenage girl grappling with her parents’ divorce, her mother’s emotional neglect, and her younger sister’s self-destructive tendencies.
