“It Ends With Us” follows Lily Bloom, a young woman who moves to Boston to start a new life and pursue her dream of opening a flower shop. She meets the charming and ambitious neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid, and they embark on a passionate and intense relationship. However, as their relationship progresses, Lily begins to see a darker side to Ryle’s personality, his possessiveness and anger starting to mirror the abusive patterns she witnessed in her own childhood. Her complicated past is further complicated by the unexpected reemergence of Atlas Corrigan, her first love. Atlas, who was her refuge from her troubled upbringing, offers her a safe haven and a different possibility for love. Torn between her feelings for Ryle and her connection with Atlas, Lily must confront her family’s history of domestic violence, her own personal fears, and ultimately make a difficult choice about her future and break the cycle of abuse she’s witnessed in her life. The film explores themes of love, loss, resilience, and the power of choice.
