Full Body Dumbbell | 11:00 a.m.-11:50 a.m. | A whole body workout using dumbbells.
Chair Exercise | 11:00 a.m.-11:50 a.m. | Get a full body workout while in a chair. Workout anywhere!
Aqua Fit | 12:00 p.m.-12:50 p.m. | Target the whole body in the water.
Body Conditioning | 12:00 p.m.-12:50 p.m. | Get a total body workout to tone muscles and heart.
Hardcore Workout | 1:00 p.m.-1:50 p.m. | Total body conditioning class. Get ready to sweat!
Stretching & Straightening | 1:00 p.m.-1:50 p.m. | Stretch your body after a great workout.
Revive & Relax | 2:00 p.m.-2:50 p.m. | Give your body an extra care after a great fitness event!
