The Media & Social Change Lab (MASCLab) at Teachers College invites you to MediaFest 2025 — our annual celebration of media-making, multimodal scholarship, and community imagination.

This year’s theme is Hope and Sustenance, and we’re excited to showcase the creative and critical work of MASCLab members at the intersection of media and social change. From digital research and documentary storytelling to dance performances and experimental media, MediaFest celebrates the many ways we explore and express what it means to build a more just world.
