Calling all teens! Join us at the Library’s flagship location on Wednesday, August 7, for workshops, art exhibits, giveaways, and an afternoon of teen creativity — all free!

  • Hear from winners of NYPL’s Freedom to Read writing contest
  • Take free storytelling and art workshops
  • Connect with organizations that publish teens
  • Check out artwork by NYC teens
  • Plus: Free giveaways including books, tote bags, and snacks

Summer at the Library

Join us on a journey of discovery all summer long at The New York Public Library! Discover free programs for kids and teens, events and activities for adults, reading recommendations, exhibitions, and much more. Plus, use your library card to book free passes at 90+ museums, gardens, and more across NYC. Find information and more at the website
