The programs will be led by storytellers and those who specialize in various healing practices. Engage in a movement session to restore your energetic balance, explore the therapeutic power of storytelling, and embrace the healing of breath work, or the power of self-reflection through creating art. Each healer will offer unique expertise, providing opportunities for growth and rejuvenation. When you sign up, you will receive a copy of “The Art of Storytelling” which provides insight and inspiration for you to document, create, and share your own stories.
