A FREE community event to promote healthy habits and wellness through cultural experiences and art-related activities for families, created to refocus on awareness of self-care and acknowledge Mental Health.
Activities Schedule:
- 10:00 am — Physical stretching sessions
- 11:00 am. — Zumba class
- 12:00 pm — Bachata Section
- 1:00 pm — Panel discussion titled “Recognition of Mental Health”.
