Every session includes a guided meditation to awaken and activate the subtle, healing energy that exists within all of us. There is no charge for these classes, as we cannot pay for the awakening of our inner energy or our self-knowledge.
All sessions will include guided meditation workshops and an opportunity for Q and A.
Free Walk-ins Allowed without Registration
Registration is recommended, walk-ins welcome — space permitting.
