NYRR Open Run Pop-Up Yoga Class
Join an NYRR yoga instructor for a special outdoor yoga class in Inwood Hill Park! Open to participants of all experience levels, this class will help you improve flexibility, strength, and balance to support a healthy walking or running routine.
