Join the Morningside Heights on a Food Smarts nutrition and cooking course in partnership with City Harvest.

Classes are cumulative and part of a complete course, and participants are expected to attend all of the classes within the series. (SEATS AVAILABLE)

Food Smarts is a flexible, learner-centered nutrition and cooking curriculum for communities. Outcomes evaluations reliably show the adoption of healthier dietary and food resource management behaviors. Food Smarts is a SNAP-Ed-approved curriculum in many states.
