Our recreational rhythmic gymnastics/dance/ballet classes for children will entail a form of gymnastics emphasizing dance-like rhythmic routines, accentuated by the use of clubs, balls, ribbons, or hoops.
Drawing upon her perfected athletic Rhythmic Gymnastics technique, combining the art of dance, music, and drama, our resident instructor Roschen will incorporate her professional background in gymnastics and aesthetic presentation to bring you the very best, current, and cutting-edge recreational physical fitness experience.
