The Uptown Collective is offering two script writing classes (’Script Incubator’ ‘& Writing Foundations’) taught by playwright & theatremaker SMJ. Classes will culminate in a public reading by professional actors of excerpts from the scripts. Choose the one class that best fits your writing journey. Participants can only take one.

This course is designed for new writers or those who have been away from the craft. Deepen your understanding or learn the basics of story structure, plot, character development, and proper formatting.

Space is limited. This class will be in an intimate setting at TDC. Participants aged 16+ are welcome.
